Of 80,595 guest profiles created TTM, 30,575 booked and 19,502 became paying patients. The 50K who never book already gave AMP their contact information. That pool, not ad spend, is the cheapest growth lever in this report.
5,356 first bookings cancelled and 2,061 no-showed TTM, 24.3% of everyone who booked. Some of those guests rebook and recover; the funnel credits them once they actually complete a visit.
Of 23,761 guests who completed a visit, 4,259 never generated a collected dollar. Consult-first guests convert to treatment at 59%; treatment-first guests pay at 90%. The consult-to-treatment close is the single largest revenue leak inside the clinic walls.
15,751 of 19,502 paying new patients booked their next visit within 30 days, and 14,677 (75.3%) left day one with the next appointment already on the books. Late rebooks past day 30 are the exception at 4.7%; 14.5% never rebook. The checkout conversation, not follow-up outreach, is where this metric is won.
68,072 of 80,950 profiles have no marketing channel in Zenoti. Where a source exists, 66 to 77% of leads pay; unattributed profiles pay at 19%. Intake attribution, not media mix, is the first fix for channel ROI reporting.
Mature cohorts (Aug through Dec 2025) collected $1.19M to $1.64M in their first 30 days and $2.18M to $3.57M by day 180. First-visit revenue understates what a new patient class is worth by roughly 45%.
Comparable locations created 59,022 profiles TTM, up 13.2%, but only 40.6% ever booked versus 51.6% last year. At last year's book rate those leads would have produced 30,476 first bookings; actual was 23,977. The entire YoY decline sits inside that 6,499-booking gap.
Recent cohorts always read low (17.8% of July's first bookings are still open), but fully mature Aug through Jan cohorts book at 41.9% against 51.6% last year. Show rate on the same mature basis slipped from 81.7% to 78.4%, which compounds booked at -10.9% into completed first visits at -15.6%.
Living Young grew leads +104% while its book rate fell from 62% to 33%. New Radiance grew +62% with book rate 52% to 30%; The Ageless Center +58% with 39% to 28%. Profile creation outran the follow-up that turns a profile into an appointment: the growth arrived, the capacity to work it did not.
Back to 30 (-739 booked, leads down 41.9%), Glo (-594), Destination Aesthetics (-556, leads flat but book rate 48% to 40%) and Synergy (-436) account for 2,325 of the 2,935 lost bookings. Two distinct problems: Back to 30 and Synergy lost lead supply, Destination Aesthetics lost conversion, Glo lost both.
Visit-to-paid rose to 84.4% (83.9% last year), 30-day rebooking rose to 82.1% (78.2%), and revenue per paying patient held at $1,032 ($1,026). The -15.1% in paid patients and -14.6% in cohort revenue are a patient-count problem inherited from the top of the funnel, not an execution problem in the clinics.
This data cannot separate a junk profile from a real prospect nobody called: both are leads that never book. With 84.1% of profiles carrying no source, fixing attribution at intake and matching unbooked leads against CRM contact history will split the 6,499-booking gap into lead-quality loss and follow-up loss, which have different owners and different fixes.
